Refunds will be made using the calculation method below only within the validity period. Please contact the counter where you purchased the product.
Refund amount = commuter pass fare - (normal fare for the relevant section x 2 x number of days elapsed) - handling fee 530 yen
If a receipt was issued when purchasing the commuter pass, please bring the receipt with you when making a refund.
Using the smartphone app ``Bus Mori!'', you can purchase a bus commuter pass at any time without worrying about counter business hours, and you can board the bus by presenting the ticket on your smartphone screen.
