About operation

  • The operating times are only a guide. Please note that there may be delays due to road conditions, etc., so please allow plenty of time. Please note that the operating company will not be held responsible for any damages caused by delays, etc.

About seat reservations

  • Seating is limited on a first-come, first-served basis, so we do not accept seat reservations. However, we do accept seat reservations on some routes. Please see the information page for each route for details.

When riding

  • When boarding the bus, please prepare small change in cash, a train ticket, a coupon ticket, etc. in advance. You cannot exchange high-value bills of 2,000 yen or more on the train. (Excluding some routes)
  • If you board the bus at a stop where tickets are not sold, please pay in cash in the fare box inside the bus. Some routes accept transportation IC cards. Please check each route page for details.
  • If the bus is full, you will not be able to board. Due to the passenger capacity of the vehicle and the fact that it will be traveling on an expressway, it cannot be used with standing seats.
  • If the regular seats are full, auxiliary seats will be used. Even in that case, the fare will be the same.
  • As a general rule, infants will be charged the child fare if they occupy a seat.
  • Smoking is prohibited at bus stops and on buses. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Once you get on board

  • Please wear your seat belt while driving.
  • Using a mobile phone on the train may cause a nuisance to other passengers, so please set it to silent mode and refrain from talking on the phone.
  • Free Wi-Fi is available on board. To use the service, please bring a Wi-Fi (wireless LAN)-equipped device (laptop, smartphone, tablet, handheld game console), etc. Please note that you will need to register for the first time when using the service.

  • Please be careful not to disturb other passengers when using computers, game consoles, headphone stereos, etc. in the car.
  • In the event of an emergency, please follow the instructions of the crew.

About personal items

  • Customers are responsible for managing their personal belongings. Please keep your valuables especially safe. When using net shelves, be sure to store items securely to prevent them from falling.
  • We may refuse to bring in personal items that may cause a nuisance to other customers.
  • Large personal items such as suitcases and golf bags that cannot be carried on board can be stored in the trunk compartment under the floor.
  • The operating company will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or other damage to luggage stored in the trunk, so please do not store the following items in the trunk.
    *Cash/securities
    *High-value items such as precious metals, jewelry, and works of art
    *Easy to break, such as precision equipment and glass products
    *Fresh, refrigerated, frozen foods
    *Easy to tear items such as paper bags
    *Other items that are easily damaged
  • The following items may not be stored in the trunk or brought into the vehicle as personal effects.
    * Explosive, ignitable, or flammable items such as explosives, fuel, and high-pressure gas.
    *Dangerous substances such as drugs and poisonous substances
    * Items that may pose a danger to passengers, crew, baggage, vehicle equipment, etc.
  • If you are bringing a pet (small animal such as a dog or cat) into the vehicle, please be sure to place it in a carry-on basket. In this case, there is no additional charge, but the pet cage cannot occupy a seat. Please bring your pet with you to the extent that it does not disturb other customers.
  • Please note that due to the flight attendant being unable to leave the driver's seat due to work duties, passengers may be asked to handle their personal belongings by themselves, such as storing and taking them out of the trunk.

For customers using Haneda Airport

  • Aviation security screening has been strengthened at Haneda Airport, and baggage screening may take a considerable amount of time. Please arrive at the airport with plenty of time to spare.
