STEP1 Check the airport bus time, fare, and bus stopHide

Access the airport bus page

Access "Airport Bus" on the Keikyu Bus homepage using your computer or smartphone.

Search for a bus from the airport bus list

A list of airport buses operated by our company will be displayed, so check the location where you will get off or board the bus and the buses that run between Haneda Airport and Haneda Airport. You can also check the route map.

Check the details on the bus page

Please check the relevant bus page for information on timetables, fares, ticket sales locations, fare payment methods, and bus stops. If you have any questions, please contact us using the contact information provided on each page.

STEP2Purchase ticketHide

When boarding from the airport

A ticket is required to use the airport bus. Please note that seating is limited on a first-come, first-served basis, so we do not accept seat reservations.
(Excluding some routes). Please see each route page for details.

Purchase a ticket and ride

Please specify your desired boarding time at the automatic ticket vending machine or the Terminal 3 bus ticket handling counter before purchasing.
Payment methods are cash, credit card, and transportation IC card.

Board the train directly with your transportation IC card

Please specify your desired boarding time at the bus stop staff or the Terminal 3 bus ticket handling counter and receive a timed ticket. Please pay the fare directly on board when boarding.
Additionally, you can charge your transportation IC card at the automatic ticket vending machine.

Riding with coupons, coupon tickets, commuter passes, etc.

Please specify your desired boarding time at the bus stop staff or the Terminal 3 bus ticket handling counter, receive a timed ticket, and pay on the bus.

There is no need to specify the time of use for Yokohama Sta. (YCAT).

If you are boarding from a location other than the airport

Seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that some routes accept seat reservations. Please check each route page for details.

Purchase a ticket from an automatic ticket vending machine (YCAT)

Please purchase your ticket at the automatic ticket vending machine. Payment methods are cash, credit card, and transportation IC card.

Purchase at the ticket counter near the boarding point

On some lines, tickets are sold at counters or convenience stores near the bus stop. Please check each route page for details.

Use from a stop that does not sell tickets

Please come directly to the bus stop and pay the fare on the bus. Fares can be paid in cash, transportation IC cards, or tickets such as coupons.

How to use automatic ticket vending machines

Please select your desired destination. You can search for your destination by direction or stop name. Additionally, some major destinations are displayed on the TOP screen.

Please select your desired departure time.

If the destination and boarding time are correct, please pay the displayed amount. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or transportation IC card.

Please receive your ticket. If you have change, don't forget to take it with you.

Regarding cancellation/refund

As a general rule, refunds will be processed at the ticket sales counter until the departure time. You may be charged a refund fee.
Please contact the counter for details.

STEP3 RideHide

Regarding use of trunk room

Large baggage such as suitcases and golf bags that cannot be carried on board can be stored in the trunk compartment under the floor. The operating company will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or other damage to luggage stored in the trunk, so please do not store the following items in the trunk.

●Cash and securities ●Expensive items such as precious metals, jewelry, and works of art ●Easy to break items such as precision instruments and glass products ●Fresh, refrigerated, and frozen foods ●Easy to tear items such as paper bags ●Other easily damaged items

Explosive, ignitable, flammable items, hazardous materials (medicines, poisonous substances, etc.), and other items that may pose a danger cannot be stored in the trunk or brought into the vehicle.

If you have a ticket

hand the ticket to the flight attendant

If you pay in advance, please hand your ticket to the driver when you board the bus. If you are paying your fare deferred, please show your ticket to the driver before boarding. Please hand your ticket to the driver when you get off the bus.
*If you are using a commuter pass, please clearly show your commuter pass to the flight attendant. If you are boarding from Haneda Airport, please also present your timed ticket. If you paid in advance, please hand your timed ticket to the driver when you get on the bus, or if you paid in deferred, give it to the driver when you get off the bus.

Give the coupon/ticket to the flight attendant

If you have paid your fare in advance, please hand the coupon (boat ticket) or coupon ticket to the crew member when boarding. If you are paying your fare deferred, please show your coupon (boat ticket) or coupon ticket to the crew member before boarding the bus, and then hand it to them when you get off the bus. If you are boarding from Haneda Airport, please also present your timed ticket. Please hand in your timed ticket at the time you collect your ticket.

If you don't have a ticket

pay in cash

If you are paying in advance, please pay into the fare box inside the car when you board the bus. If you are paying your fare deferred, please pay into the fare box inside the train when you get off the train. Please note that if you are boarding from Haneda Airport, you will not be able to pay with cash on the train, so please purchase your ticket in advance.

Pay with transportation IC card

If you have paid your fare in advance, please touch the reader on the on-board device for 1 second before boarding. If you are paying your fare deferred, please touch the reader on the on-board device for 1 second when getting off the bus. If you are boarding from Haneda Airport, please present your time-selected ticket before boarding the bus, and then hand over your time-selected ticket when paying your fare.

When getting off the train

When the destination information is announced, please use the buzzer to notify you when you get off the bus.

  • Please check your luggage to make sure you haven't left anything behind.
  • Please wait until the bus has completely stopped before leaving your seat.

Please be careful when getting off the train.

  • Please be careful as there may be obstacles or curbs where you get off.
  • Please pick up your luggage left in the trunk.
  • If the flight attendant is unable to leave the driver's seat due to work duties, passengers may be asked to handle their own baggage, such as taking it into the trunk.

Please refrain from crossing in front of or behind the bus, as it is extremely dangerous.
If you have left something behind in the car, please contact the sales office in charge.

It is compulsory to wear a seat belt.
For your safety, always wear your seat belt while driving.

the seat reclines

When reclining your seat, please be considerate and talk to the person behind you.
Also, please return the recliner to its original position after use.

Free Wi-Fi (wireless LAN) available

Free Wi-Fi is available on board. To use the service, please bring a Wi-Fi (wireless LAN)-equipped device (laptop, smartphone, tablet, handheld game console), etc. When using the facility, please be careful not to disturb other customers. Please note that you will need to register for the first time when using the service.

    Please refrain from occupying seats.

    Please do not place your baggage on the rack or on your lap, as seats are limited. Please use the trunk room for large luggage.

    Please refrain from making cell phone calls.

    Using a mobile phone on the train may cause a nuisance to other passengers, so please set it to silent mode and refrain from talking on the phone.

Requests in the car

  • Please do not move your seat while the train is in motion. If you leave your seat while the vehicle is in motion, you may fall and cause unexpected injury.
  • Please be quiet inside the car.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
  • When eating or drinking on the train, please do not disturb those around you. In particular, please refrain from eating and drinking food and drinks with strong odors. In addition, please help keep the inside of your car clean by taking any trash you generate from eating and drinking with you and not leaving it in your car.
  • Please refrain from any other behavior that may cause a nuisance to other customers.
