About bus types

Bus Routes

It has a blue body with red and silver lines. There is a Keikyu Bus mark on the front of the bus.

Airport bus, express bus (medium distance), late night express bus

There is a red line on the white body. "KEIKYU LIMOUSINE" is written on the side.

Express bus (long distance)

It has a white body with red, orange, and blue lines on the sides and front.

Confirm bus stop

There are multiple bus stops depending on the location, so please confirm that this is the bus stop you want to board.

Reconfirm departure time

Check the departure time again on the timetable at the bus stop. During the Obon period, buses may operate on different schedules than usual, such as using holiday schedules even on weekdays, so please check the notice posted at the bus stop.

About etiquette at bus stops

Please do not wait far from the bus stop, but wait nearby.
Please do not interrupt and wait in line to avoid inconvenience to other customers.
Please refrain from last-minute boarding.

  • Smoking is prohibited at the bus stop.
  • Please do not throw away trash at the bus stop; please take it home with you.

About the ride

Confirm bus destination

Check the system and destination on the destination display on the front or side of the bus.

  • If you are unsure of your destination, please ask the flight attendant.
  • Please note that even if the route is the same or the same destination, the transit points may be different.

Boarding (boarding from the front door)

Board the train through the front door.
There are steps, so please be careful where you step.

About riding with a stroller

When riding with a child in the car

(1) Please inform the flight attendant that you wish to continue boarding the train.

(2) Once you board the vehicle, be sure to park it facing backwards in the direction of travel and place the wheel stoppers next to the seat equipped with the auxiliary belt.

(3) Secure the stroller with the auxiliary belt and make sure the stroller's seat belt is tightly fastened. Never remove the auxiliary belt or seat belt while driving.

(4) Please note that the auxiliary belt is only an auxiliary item. During the ride, it is your responsibility to support the stroller firmly and cooperate with us to ensure the safety of your child and other passengers.
When getting off the bus, remove the auxiliary belt after the bus has come to a complete stop.

  • If you have any questions about how to use the auxiliary belt, please feel free to ask the flight attendants.

When asking for a folded ride

  • When there is a passenger in a wheelchair (priority will be given to customers in wheelchairs).
  • When two strollers are already on board (up to two strollers can be fixed).
  • In the case of a two-person stroller or a large stroller (one that blocks the aisle, one that cannot be turned around inside the vehicle)
  • During rush hours in the morning and evening, when the train is crowded, or when the vehicle is structurally impossible to board (vehicles without single-seat seats, etc.)
  • Express buses, airport buses, late-night express buses, etc.

Request to passengers on the bus

We have introduced a method that allows you to use the stroller without folding it. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in order to ensure smooth operation and safety.

  • In cash
    Payer
    Please put cash into the slot. The input amount will be displayed on the screen.
    If it's a 1,000 yen bill, put it into the bill slot and you'll get change.
    Please be careful not to forget to remove it.
  • With transportation IC card
    Payer
    Touch the IC card reader next to the slot.
    When charging your IC card, please inform the flight attendant.
    IC cards can be charged in units of 1,000 yen.
  • If you are using a commuter pass, please clearly show your ticket to the flight attendant.
  • IC fares are only applicable if the entire fare is paid with a transportation IC card. If you pay using a transportation IC card, cash, or a coupon, the fare will be in cash.

■Useful trivia to know
If you want to get rid of fractional change, start by inserting smaller coins.
Example) When the fare is 220 yen
If you first insert 20 yen and then 500 yen, you will get 300 yen change.
*If you put in 500 yen first, you will get 280 yen change first. Please note that change is only given for areas where the fare is the same. Please note that buses with deferred fares, which have different fares depending on the section, require currency exchange.

Postpaid (boarding from the rear door)

    Please take a numbered ticket from the numbered ticket machine. However, a numbered ticket will not be issued at a bus stop with the same fare as the first bus stop.
  • In the IC reading section

    When boarding, please touch the IC card reader at the boarding entrance.
  • Please keep your numbered ticket with you until you get off the bus. Also, please do not fold or roll it, as this may cause malfunction.

Fare payment

  • Check fare
    After announcing the bus stop where you will get off, please check the cash fare displayed in the same number frame as your ticket on the fare display installed at the front of the bus. (For sections where numbered tickets are not available, see No tickets.)
  • In the IC reading section
    touch
    Touch the IC card reader next to the slot. When charging your IC card, please inform the flight attendant. IC cards can be charged in units of 1,000 yen.
  • Payment
    Please put cash and numbered ticket into the slot. Change will not be given, so if you receive change, please exchange it before putting it in.
  • Confirm withdrawal amount
    You can check your usage amount, card balance, bus points, etc.
  • If you are using a commuter pass, please clearly show your ticket to the flight attendant.
  • IC fares are only applicable if the entire fare is paid with a transportation IC card. If you pay using a transportation IC card, cash, or a coupon, the fare will be in cash.
  • Bus points are only applied to the use of PASMO/Suica.

Request when making payment

  • For the 107 route that goes to and from Haneda Airport, and the YRP Nobi Station bound for Communication Research Institute, please inform the bus driver of the bus stop where you want to get off when you get on the bus.
  • If you are traveling with multiple people and would like to pay the fare all at once, please inform the crew in advance of the number of people (adults and children).
  • If you are eligible for child fares or discounted fares, please notify the flight attendant first.
  • Fares for late-night and early-morning buses are double the regular fare. When riding with a commuter pass, you will need to pay the difference in fare from the regular fare.
  • We do not accept large banknotes over 2,000 yen bills inside the train.
  • Please have some change ready when using the facility.

When getting off the train

You can check the next stop on the fare display at the front of the bus.

When you hear the announcement of the bus stop you want to get off at, press the nearest alight button to notify the bus driver. It lights up in red to indicate "Stop".

  • Please check your belongings to make sure you don't forget anything.
  • Please wait until the bus has completely stopped before leaving your seat. If you are standing, please do not let go of the straps or handrails.

Please be careful when getting off the train.

  • Please be careful as there may be obstacles or curbs where you get off.
  • Please be careful when passing bicycles, etc.

Please refrain from crossing in front of or behind the bus, as it is extremely dangerous.
If you have left something behind in the car, please contact the sales office in charge.

About the inside of the car

If you are seated

Please do not place your baggage on your lap or at your feet, so that as many passengers as possible can sit on it.

If there are no seats available

  • If you are standing, please hold on to the strap or handrail. It is especially dangerous to ride with luggage in both hands.
  • Although we take great care to drive safely, there may be times when we have no choice but to suddenly apply the brakes to prevent an accident. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in preventing vehicles from falling.

If the inside of the car becomes crowded

For customers standing near the entrance, if the bus becomes crowded, please proceed to the middle of the bus.

Requests in the car

  • Please do not move your seat while the train is in motion. If you leave your seat while the vehicle is running, you may fall over and cause unexpected injury.
  • Please refrain from talking on your mobile phone as it may disturb other customers.
  • Please offer your seat to someone who needs a priority seat.
  • Please be quiet inside the car.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
  • When eating or drinking on the train, please do not disturb those around you. In particular, please refrain from eating and drinking food and drinks with strong odors. In addition, please help keep the inside of your car clean by taking any trash you generate from eating and drinking with you and not leaving it in your car.
  • When returning from a swim at the beach, please refrain from sitting down with your swimsuit wet.
  • Please refrain from any other behavior that may cause a nuisance to other customers.
