Reservation of tickets

Reservations can be made online or by phone from 9:00 a.m. one month in advance (excluding some routes).

Reservation by phone

Please make a reservation by calling the Expressway Bus Reservation Center.

  • We cannot confirm seat availability or make reservations on the day of use.
    Please check each route page for reservation acceptance periods.

  • Telephone calls received from customers will be recorded to ensure accurate information.

Round-trip tickets and set tickets are only sold at Yokohama Sta. Bus Terminal Information Center and Yokosuka Information Center.

  • About refunds
    Those who purchased with cash will receive a refund at our counter.
    If you purchased with a credit card, refunds will only be made at the point of purchase.

Ticket purchase deadline

If you have made a reservation, please purchase your ticket by the following deadline.

【Express bus】

Up to 7 days before the departure date: within 7 days including the reservation date
Up to 3 days before the departure date: within 3 days including the reservation date
2 days before/the day before the departure date: Until the day before the departure date

  • The purchase deadline, which is the day before departure, differs depending on the route. Please check each route page.
    Please note that if you do not purchase by the purchase deadline, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
