About operation

  • The operating times are only a guide. Please note that there may be delays due to road conditions, etc., so please allow plenty of time. Please note that the operating company will not be held responsible for any damages caused by delays, etc.
  • Our company and our joint operating companies have obtained permission for general shared transportation business and are operating as a route bus. Click here for details

About seat reservations

  • Seating is limited on a first-come, first-served basis, so we do not accept seat reservations. However, we do accept seat reservations on some routes. Please see the information page for each route for details.

When riding

  • When boarding the bus, please prepare small change in cash, a train ticket, a coupon ticket, etc. in advance. You cannot exchange high-value bills of 2,000 yen or more on the train. (Excluding some routes)
  • If you board the bus at a stop where tickets are not sold, please pay in cash in the fare box inside the bus. Some routes accept transportation IC cards. Please check each route page for details.
  • If the bus is full, you will not be able to board. Due to the passenger capacity of the vehicle and the fact that it will be traveling on an expressway, it cannot be used with standing seats.
  • If the regular seats are full, auxiliary seats will be used. Even in that case, the fare will be the same.
  • As a general rule, infants will be charged the child fare if they occupy a seat.
  • Smoking is prohibited at bus stops and on buses. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Once you get on board

  • Please wear your seat belt while driving.
  • Using a mobile phone on the train may cause a nuisance to other passengers, so please set it to silent mode and refrain from talking on the phone.
  • Free Wi-Fi is available on board. To use the service, please bring a Wi-Fi (wireless LAN)-equipped device (laptop, smartphone, tablet, handheld game console), etc. Please note that you will need to register for the first time when using the service.

  • Please be careful not to disturb other passengers when using computers, game consoles, headphone stereos, etc. in the car.
  • In the event of an emergency, please follow the instructions of the crew.

About personal items

  • Customers are responsible for managing their personal belongings. Please keep your valuables especially safe. When using net shelves, be sure to store items securely to prevent them from falling.
  • We may refuse to bring in personal items that may cause a nuisance to other customers.
  • Large personal items such as suitcases and golf bags that cannot be carried on board can be stored in the trunk compartment under the floor.
  • The operating company will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or other damage to luggage stored in the trunk, so please do not store the following items in the trunk.
    *Cash/securities
    *High-value items such as precious metals, jewelry, and works of art
    *Easy to break, such as precision equipment and glass products
    *Fresh, refrigerated, frozen foods
    *Easy to tear items such as paper bags
    *Other items that are easily damaged
  • The following items may not be stored in the trunk or brought into the vehicle as personal effects.
    * Explosive, ignitable, or flammable items such as explosives, fuel, and high-pressure gas.
    *Dangerous substances such as drugs and poisonous substances
    * Items that may pose a danger to passengers, crew, baggage, vehicle equipment, etc.
  • If you are bringing a pet (small animal such as a dog or cat) into the vehicle, please be sure to place it in a carry-on basket. In this case, there is no additional charge, but the pet cage cannot occupy a seat. Please bring your pet with you to the extent that it does not disturb other customers.
  • Please note that due to the flight attendant being unable to leave the driver's seat due to work duties, passengers may be asked to handle their personal belongings by themselves, such as storing and taking them out of the trunk.

fare

  • The validity period of the round-trip discount ticket varies depending on the route. Please note that round-trip discounts are only available on some routes if you reserve and purchase your ticket in advance. Please check each route page for details.
  • For routes that have multiple tickets available, please purchase them at each ticket office or on board the train. Please note that there are a limited number of tickets available on board. Please forgive us if the item is sold out.
  • Children's fares apply to elementary school students. Infants under elementary school age are free of charge, but in the following cases the child fare is generally required.
    ・When an infant occupies a seat
    ・When an infant rides alone
  • For the following customers, a 50% discount on adult and child fares will be applied. Please inform us when making a reservation or purchasing a ticket. However, we do not offer duplicate discounts for the same ticket, so other discounts such as round-trip discounts will not be applied.
    • If a person who has been issued with a physical disability certificate pursuant to the provisions of Article 15, Paragraph 4 of the Physically Disabled Persons Welfare Act presents his or her physical disability certificate.
    • If a person who has been issued with a rehabilitation notebook for an intellectually disabled person according to the guidelines for the rehabilitation notebook system presents the rehabilitation notebook.
    • When a person receiving care or protection from various facilities stipulated in Article 12-4 and Articles 41 to 44 of the Child Welfare Act presents a bus discount certificate.
  • If you have a Physically Disabled Person's Handbook or a Rehabilitation Notebook (Love Notebook) and your passenger railway company fare discount column is ``Class 1'', you will be required to have one caregiver (on the same flight and on the same day). (Limited to the use of the section) will also receive a 50% discount. Also, please be sure to carry the certificate presented at the time of ticket purchase when boarding the bus.

Ticket cancellation/refund

  • Once you have purchased your ticket, you cannot cancel your reservation by phone. Please be sure to bring all your tickets to the counter where you purchased them. We will handle cancellations and refunds.
    *Customers wishing to cancel or refund a ticket purchased at a convenience store should call Wellnet Co., Ltd. TEL listed on the ticket. Please contact us at 0570-046-046. Cancellations and refunds cannot be made at the purchase counter.
  • Tickets will be canceled or refunded using the following formula only if the request is received before the departure time written on the ticket. In that case, a prescribed refund fee will be charged. Also, please note that we will not be able to process your ticket after the departure time written on your ticket.
    • For a one-way ticket
      One-way fare - handling fee (110 yen) = refund amount
    • When canceling a one-way round-trip ticket
      Round-trip discount fare - One-way regular fare - Handling fee (110 yen) = Refund amount
    • When canceling all round-trip tickets
      Round trip discount fare - handling fee (110 yen) x 2 = refund amount
    • In case of refunding the coupon
      Ticket sales amount - (Number of tickets used x one-way normal fare) - Fee (210 yen) = Refund amount
    *The above is a refund for tickets purchased at the Keikyu Bus counter. Tickets purchased at other ticket outlets (travel agencies, convenience stores, online) may be subject to additional fees in addition to those listed above.
  • If you wish to cancel a ticket purchased at the platform on the day of boarding, a "non-ride certificate" will be stamped on the ticket at the platform.
    • If your ticket was purchased at a travel agency, please bring the ticket with proof of non-ride to receive a refund at the ticket office where you purchased it. (Please note that refund deadlines and fees vary depending on each travel agency.)
    • If your ticket was purchased at a Keikyu Bus counter, you will receive a refund at the counter where you purchased the ticket by bringing the ticket with proof of non-ride within one year.
    • If you purchased a ticket at a convenience store or a Keikyu Expressway Bus WEB ticket, please call Wellnet Co., Ltd. by TEL before the bus departure time. Please contact us at 0570-046-046.

Lost ticket

  • If you lose your ticket, you will be required to pay the fare (one-way fare) again on the day of boarding, so please be careful to keep it in a safe place. In this case, we will give you a "re-receipt certificate." At a later date, please bring your original ticket and re-collection certificate to the counter where you purchased it for a refund. In that case, a fee will be charged according to the regulations. Also, if the original ticket was a discount ticket, the full amount of the re-collected fare may not be returned. The same procedure will apply if you forget your ticket or if your ticket is stolen.

For customers using Haneda Airport

  • Aviation security screening has been strengthened at Haneda Airport, and baggage screening may take a considerable amount of time. Please arrive at the airport with plenty of time to spare.
