Regarding difference in fare amount (mistake of fare)

We implemented fare revisions on Friday, September 1, 2023, and some administrative changes have been made regarding the fares for the久2 Line "Shimada - Kurihama Station" and野3 Line "Shimada - Kinugasa Castle Ruins". Due to an error on our part in the procedures, there was an error in the fare amount. We are currently correcting the charges for on-board equipment, etc., and we plan to complete this by the first train on October 20, 2023 (Friday).
Therefore, for customers who have used cash, IC cards, etc. on the affected routes and sections between Friday, September 1, 2023 and Thursday, October 19, 2023, we will check your usage history and provide a refund or other procedure, so please contact us at the address listed below.
Please note that the fares for this section will be changed from Friday, November 10, 2023, after undergoing administrative procedures again.
