Customers eligible for discount

• ・Those who have been issued with a physical disability certificate
• ・Those who have been issued with a rehabilitation notebook (love notebook)
• ・Those who are using children's care facilities or facilities for children with intellectual disabilities, etc.
• ・If you are a caregiver or accompanying person accompanying the above person and our staff recognizes the need for nursing care or accompanying person.
• ・If you have been issued with a Health and Welfare Handbook for Mentally Disabled Persons issued by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and are using a route bus within Tokyo (excluding express buses, airport buses, and commuter passes).
• ・If you have been issued with a mental disorder health and welfare notebook issued by Kanagawa Prefecture and are using a route bus within Kanagawa Prefecture, excluding Kawasaki City and Yokohama City.

• ※Please note that the tickets for the elderly listed below are operated separately from the disability discount system and cannot be used together, so caregivers must pay the regular fare separately. Before riding

• ・Please present your physical disability certificate, rehabilitation notebook (love notebook), designated fare discount certificate, or mental disability health and welfare notebook issued by Tokyo or Kanagawa Prefecture to the staff member.
• ・You can use the disability certificate app "Mirairo ID".
• ・IC cards for people with disabilities can be used.
