When purchasing, you will need a school commuter certificate or student ID (which must show the commuting area and the student commuter pass issuance receipt).

If you are an elementary school student or younger, you can purchase it not only for commuting to school, but also for cram school or lessons.
If you have a child PASMO or Suica card, you will not need to show identification; however, please note that depending on the purchase conditions, you may be required to present a school attendance certificate.

How to purchase a monetary IC commuter pass

Commuter pass information will be recorded on your transportation IC card (PASMO/Suica).
If you do not have PASMO or Suica, a PASMO card* will also be available for sale at the counter.
You can also purchase using the smartphone app (Mobile PASMO) without lining up at the counter.
You can also purchase a school commuter pass by uploading your school commuter certificate or student ID card (with the commuting zone and school commuter pass issuance fields) on the mobile PASMO app.

  • Mobile PASMO school commuter passes can only be purchased by customers 13 years of age or older.

    The passenger's name must be written on the face of the commuter pass, and only the person named can use it.
  • ・Bearer ceremony
    Anyone with a commuter pass (1 person) can use it.
    Only commuter passes will be sold.
Commuter ticket refund

Refunds will be made using the calculation method below only within the validity period.
Refund amount = commuter pass fare - (IC fare for the relevant section x 2 x number of days elapsed) - handling fee 530 yen
*If a receipt was issued when purchasing the commuter pass, please bring the receipt with you when making a refund.
*For refunds of value-based IC commuter passes, a separate PASMO card refund fee will be charged.

Those who purchased with cash will receive a refund at our counter.
If you purchased with a credit card, refunds will only be made at the point of purchase.

We are selling convenient and economical school year commuter passes (value-based IC commuter passes) that can be used from April 1st to March 31st of the following year.

  • Who can use it?
    Customers eligible to purchase school commuter passes
    *A school certificate is required for the first purchase.
    When renewing, you will need your student ID and the Keikyu Bus commuter pass you are using.
    *There are no school-year commuter passes for children.

When using a commuter pass

  • When boarding from the middle door, please touch your commuter pass to the IC card reader at the boarding entrance.
    Also, when getting off the train, please touch the IC card reader next to the driver's seat.
  • When boarding from the front door, please touch the IC card reader next to the driver's seat.
  • If you use your commuter pass for more than the section fare you purchased, you will only be able to transfer by paying the difference.
  • Since the purchase details of monetary IC commuter passes are not printed on the IC card, please be sure to carry the IC commuter pass receipt given to you at the time of purchase. *Excluding mobile PASMO
