In February 2018, we established a new "Training and Education Center" that specializes in driver education. After new employees join the company, they not only receive lectures but also use a bus driving simulator that allows them to practice predicting and predicting dangers, and experience accidents and near-misses that are likely to occur, with the aim of increasing their safety awareness. In addition, we provide thorough training before being assigned to a sales office by conducting on-vehicle training, including driving on actual roads, in a dedicated safe driving training vehicle that is equipped with a device that allows you to check fuel consumption.

①Become a professional driver even if you don't have a large type 2! "Driver training system"
A large Class 2 license is considered the highest level of driver's license. It is said that it is extremely difficult to achieve a first-time pass rate. この度、「もう少し年齢が高くても運転士へチャレンジしたい！」という声に賃金制度の見直しと併せてお応えすべく、2025年6月実施の採用試験以降、運転士養成制度の対象年齢の拡大を実施いたします。
