In February 2018, we established a new "Training and Education Center" that specializes in driver education. After new employees join the company, they not only receive lectures but also use a bus driving simulator that allows them to practice predicting and predicting dangers, and experience accidents and near-misses that are likely to occur, with the aim of increasing their safety awareness. In addition, we provide thorough training before being assigned to a sales office by conducting on-vehicle training, including driving on actual roads, in a dedicated safe driving training vehicle that is equipped with a device that allows you to check fuel consumption.

3. Thorough support for your debut as a driver　

①Become a professional driver even if you don't have a large type 2! "Driver training system"

A large Class 2 license is considered the highest level of driver's license. It is said that it is extremely difficult to achieve a first-time pass rate. Our company has a ``driver training system'' in which the company covers the entire cost of obtaining a large class 2 driver's license. The pass rate for those who use this system is 100%! You can become a professional bus driver in a short period of time without any burden on yourself.

In response to the voices of those who want to try becoming a driver even if they are a little older, we will be reviewing our wage system and expanding the target age range for the driver training program after the recruitment exam in June 2025.

②Relocation support system (even if you join the company through the training system!)

Keikyu Bus provides thorough support even when relocating from far away! We offer the following systems for those who relocate due to joining or being assigned to our designated areas. Of course, you can also join the company through the driver training system.
