We visited the printing company and had the opportunity to observe the printing process.
The wrapping sheets will be printed using a large printer.
The printable size is not infinite, so the left side, right side, and back
Depending on the seat size, the sides are divided into 17 to 18 blocks and the back is divided into 6 blocks.
Now it's time to print.
Several blocks are printed in succession onto a long roll.
The printed sheet is left to dry for some time.
Even after it has completely dried, the color will fade due to friction if left as is, so we need to further laminate it.
For lamination, we use UV-cut film that is resistant to sunlight.
After laminating, trim off the excess.
The images are printed so that they overlap slightly with the block dividing lines, but the images on adjacent sheets may differ slightly.
We proceed with printing and laminating all the blocks, making sure they connect properly.
After checking the finished product, we attach the instructions to the sheet and prepare it for the day of work.
