Regarding difference in fare amount (mistake of fare)

Thank you for choosing Keikyu Bus.
We implemented fare revisions on Friday, September 1, 2023, and some administrative changes have been made regarding the fares for the久2 Line "Shimada - Kurihama Station" and野3 Line "Shimada - Kinugasa Castle Ruins". Due to an error on our part in the procedures, there was an error in the fare amount. We are currently correcting the charges for on-board equipment, etc., and we plan to complete this by the first train on October 20, 2023 (Friday).
Therefore, customers using cash, IC cards, etc. on the relevant lines/sections between September 1, 2023 (Friday) and October 19, 2023 (Thursday) will be asked to check their usage history. Please contact us using the contact information below, as we will be happy to provide you with a refund of the difference.
Please note that the fares for this section will be changed from Friday, November 10, 2023, after undergoing administrative procedures again.
