Keikyu Bus Group (hereinafter referred to as "our company") has established the "Keikyu Bus Group Basic Policy on Customer Harassment" (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") based on the "Keikyu Group Customer Harassment Response Policy."

This policy outlines our stance in the event of customer harassment committed against our employees by customers.

This policy will be implemented from February 16, 2025.
