For customers who use the above-mentioned discontinued lines and wish to have their commuter passes refunded, we will provide refunds at no charge at the convenience of the operator during the following period.

For refunds due to business reasons, the start date of the refund will be the day before the customer visits the branch. Therefore, customers who wish to receive a refund are asked to come to the designated counter as soon as possible.
