    • The operating times are only a guide. Please note that there may be delays due to road conditions, etc., so please allow plenty of time. Please note that the operating company will not be held responsible for any damages caused by delays, etc.

      When boarding the bus, please prepare your coins and ticket in advance. You cannot exchange high-value bills of 2,000 yen or more on the train.

      • ※There is an Odakyu customer parking lot (170 spaces, open 24 hours) at Gotemba interchange stop, and a park and bus ride is available. Please show your parking ticket to the driver when you get off the bus on your way home. We will give you a 36-hour free service ticket.
      • ※If you are transferring to a route bus bound for Hakone, please contact Odakyu Highway Bus.
      • ※For customers coming to the outlet facility, we recommend using the shuttle bus from Gotemba Sta.. (To use the shuttle bus from Gotemba interchange stop, you will need to cross a crosswalk on a busy road.)
