STEP1 Check the time, fare, and bus stopHide

Access "Highway Bus" on the Keikyu Bus homepage using your computer or smartphone.

Search for a bus from the express bus list

A list of express buses operated by our company will be displayed, so check your destination and the bus in the direction you want to get on or get off from.

Please check the relevant bus page for information on timetables, fares, ticket sales locations, fare payment methods, and bus stops. If you have any questions, please contact us using the contact information provided on each page.

STEP2 Ticket purchase/reservationHide

Seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that some routes accept seat reservations. Please check each route page for details.

For reserved routes

Tickets can be reserved from one month in advance to the day before the boarding date. Reservations can be made online, by phone, or at convenience stores (some stores). Please check the inquiry/reservation page for details.

Make a reservation online

Reservations can be made using the Expressway Bus Reservation Service. Please check here for more details.

Reservation by phone

Reservations can be made by phone at the Expressway Bus Reservation Center. Please check here for more details.

For routes other than the reserved route

Purchase a ticket from an automatic ticket vending machine (Yokohama Sta. /Yokohama City Air Terminal)

Tickets are sold at automatic ticket vending machines at designated locations on each bus. Please see each route page for locations.

Purchase commuter passes and coupon tickets at counters and information centers.

Some routes sell commuter passes and coupon tickets at information centers and counters. Tickets are also sold on board the train. Please check each route page for details.

Use from a stop that does not sell tickets

Please come directly to the bus stop and pay the fare on the bus.

STEP3 Payment/Ticket issuanceHide

We will issue pre-booked tickets. Some payment and ticketing procedures may not be available depending on the reservation method. Please check the inquiry/reservation page for details.
For routes that do not require advance reservations, please check "STEP 4: Boarding."

Payment and ticketing are possible at the Keikyu Bus counter and each office. Please check here for more details.

Payment and ticketing at a convenience store

You can make payments and issue tickets using multimedia terminals located at convenience stores. Please check here for more details.

Only those who make reservations online can pay online by credit card, online bank, or bank ATM. Please check here for more details.

About ticket purchase deadline

If you have made a reservation, please purchase your ticket by the following deadline.

Up to 7 days before the departure date: within 7 days including the reservation date
Up to 3 days before the departure date: within 3 days including the reservation date
Up to 2 days before/the day before the departure date: Until the day before the departure date *

  • The purchase deadline, which is the day before the departure date, varies depending on the route. Please check each route page. Please note that if you do not purchase by the purchase deadline, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Regarding changes, cancellations, and refunds

As a general rule, changes and refunds will be handled at the sales counter until the departure time. When making a refund, a prescribed refund fee will be charged (please check the fees here).

If you lose your ticket

If you lose your ticket, you will be required to pay the fare (one-way fare) again on the day of boarding, so please keep it in a safe place. In this case, we will give you a "re-receipt certificate." At a later date, please bring your original ticket and re-collection certificate to the counter where you purchased it for a refund. In that case, a fee will be charged according to regulations. The same procedure will apply if you forget your original ticket or if your ticket is stolen.

Regarding use of trunk room

Large baggage such as suitcases and golf bags that cannot be carried on board can be stored in the trunk compartment under the floor. The operating company will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or other damage to luggage stored in the trunk, so please do not store the following items in the trunk.

●Cash and securities ●Expensive items such as precious metals, jewelry, and works of art ●Easy to break items such as precision instruments and glass products ●Fresh, refrigerated, and frozen foods ●Easy to tear items such as paper bags ●Other easily damaged items

Explosive, ignitable, flammable items, hazardous materials (medicines, poisonous substances, etc.), and other items that may pose a danger cannot be stored in the trunk or brought into the vehicle.

If you have a ticket

Hand the ticket/coupon (coupon ticket) to the flight attendant

If you have paid your fare in advance, please hand your ticket to the driver when you board the bus and board the bus.
If you are paying your fare deferred, please show your ticket to the driver before boarding. When getting off the bus, please hand your ticket to the flight attendant.
*If you are using a commuter pass, please clearly show your ticket to the flight attendant.

If you don't have a ticket

If you are paying in advance, please pay in cash into the fare box inside the car when you board the bus. If you choose to pay your fare deferred, please pay when you get off the bus. Please note that you cannot exchange large denomination bills of 2,000 yen or more on board the train.

Using a transportation IC card

If you have paid your fare in advance, please touch the reader on the on-board device for 1 second before boarding. If you are paying your fare deferred, please touch your IC card firmly on the reader of the on-board device for 1 second when you get off the bus.

STEP5 Getting offHide

When getting off the train

When the destination information is announced, please use the buzzer to notify you when you get off the bus.

  • Please check your luggage to make sure you haven't left anything behind.
  • Please wait until the bus has completely stopped before leaving your seat.

Please be careful when getting off the train.

  • Please be careful as there may be obstacles or curbs where you get off.
  • Please pick up your luggage left in the trunk.
  • If the flight attendant is unable to leave the driver's seat due to work duties, passengers may be asked to handle their own baggage, such as taking it into the trunk.

Please refrain from crossing in front of or behind the bus, as it is extremely dangerous.
If you have left something behind in the car, please contact the sales office in charge.

It is compulsory to wear a seat belt.
For your safety, always wear your seat belt while driving.

When reclining your seat, please be considerate and talk to the person behind you.
Also, please return the recliner to its original position after use.

Free Wi-Fi (wireless LAN) available

Free Wi-Fi is available on board. To use the service, please bring a Wi-Fi (wireless LAN)-equipped device (laptop, smartphone, tablet, handheld game console), etc. When using the facility, please be careful not to disturb other customers. Please note that you will need to register for the first time when using the service.

Please refrain from occupying seats.

Please do not place your baggage on the rack or on your lap, as seats are limited. Please use the trunk room for large luggage.

Please refrain from making cell phone calls.

Using a mobile phone on the train may cause a nuisance to other passengers, so please set it to silent mode and refrain from talking on the phone.

Requests in the car

  • Please do not move your seat while the train is in motion. If you leave your seat while the vehicle is in motion, you may fall and cause unexpected injury.
  • Please be quiet inside the car.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
  • When eating or drinking on the train, please do not disturb those around you. In particular, please refrain from eating and drinking food and drinks with strong odors. In addition, please help keep the inside of your car clean by taking any trash you generate from eating and drinking with you and not leaving it in your car.
  • Please refrain from any other behavior that may cause a nuisance to other customers.
