Let's see Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi all at once!
The first thing you'll want to see when you arrive at the shores of Lake Kawaguchi is the soothing scenery full of nature. Among them, the area around Mt. Tenjo, commonly known as Mt. Kachi Kachi, is a super view spot where you can look down on Lake Kawaguchi and see Mt. Fuji in its entirety. The name may have struck a chord with many people, but this is said to be the setting for the folk tale ``Kachi Kachi Mountain.'' 10 minutes walk from Kawaguchiko Sta.. There are mountain trails up Mt. Kachi Kachi, but we recommend the ropeway. Beautiful scenery unfolds as the altitude increases. Let's enjoy the spectacular view!
